I've promised my friend to make her a hello kitty birthdaycake for her birthday. At first I didn't know how to make it, but this is the result of a couple of hours work. Unfortunately I was to late realising I forgot the whiskers.
This cake is filled with Lemoncurd and Lemonmousse. The cover is made of marzepin and the Hello Kitty is made out of marshmellowfondant and marzepin
