Orange and chocolate bomb

So I've made this chocolate cake (yes, the cake was also chocolate) and filled it with orange marmelade and orange bavarian. Then covered it up with chocolatefondant.

For the fondant I've used the impressionmat. I love the way it leaves a nice pattern on the fondant. It seems more clear to me then when I use it on marzepin.

In blue I've put on Happy Birthday around the cake because my brother thinks it looks so plain. My lovely daughter, made the blue flowers.
